Need TV While In The Hospital?

We all know that watching TV in the hospital can be expensive. It costs to rent the portable TV plus the cable service. If you want a cheaper alternative use your cell phone. If you are on a network that offers live TV and have a compatible cell phone it will cost you less. My network charges about $8.00 a month for service. The last hospital stay I paid around $40.00 for two weeks of service. The only problem you might have with this set up is that in hospitals they want you to turn off your phone. The way to get around this is to turn off you volume setting and watch slightly under the covers. Someone walks in you can quickly hide the phone. Not sure if it is in all hospitals that you need to turn off the phone or in certain areas of the hospital. Regardless if you can get away with it you will save money and screw the hospital cable provider out of your hard earned cash.
